Directions for Use:

Adults, take 6 capsules daily with food and water. These should be split into 2 servings of 3 capsules taken at least 6 hours apart.

Do not take within 4 hours of bed time. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Cautions:

Always consult your health practitioner before taking food supplements, especially if you are taking medication or are under medical supervision. Contains natural caffeine (6mg per 6 capsules). You should not consume more than 300mg EGCG per day (6 capsules). We would not recommend combining NUCHIDO TIME+ with other products containing the same or similar ingredients. 

Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women.
