At Aeternum Aesthetics, we are committed to providing a high standard of care and reserving dedicated appointment time for every patient. In order to ensure the smooth running of the clinic and respect for both our practitioners’ time and other patients awaiting appointments, we kindly ask that all patients familiarise themselves with our cancellation and refund policy.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 4 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment without notice, will result in the full appointment fee being charged.
- Cancellation fees are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed against future appointments or treatments.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can occasionally arise; however, no exceptions will routinely be made to this policy.
Deposits
Where a booking deposit has been paid, this may be transferred to an alternative appointment provided the required notice period is given.
Deposits must be redeemed within 6 months of the original booking date.
Courses of Treatment
For prepaid treatment courses, any appointment cancelled without the required notice will result in that treatment session being forfeited.
This also applies to any complimentary treatments included within treatment packages or membership plans.
Complimentary Consultations
Complimentary consultations are offered in good faith and require clinic time to be reserved. We therefore kindly request that sufficient notice is provided should you need to cancel or rearrange.
Repeated non-attendance may result in future bookings requiring a deposit.
Refund Policy
At Aeternum Aesthetics, we do not offer refunds on treatments, treatment courses, packages, memberships, gift vouchers or services already provided.
Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical treatments, results can vary between individuals and therefore outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of clinic management.
Late Arrivals
Patients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled where necessary to avoid disruption to other clinic appointments. In some circumstances, late arrival may be treated as a missed appointment.
