Booking Your Consultation
Appointments are available at our convenient Ashby de la Zouch clinic. We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks before travel, but we can also provide last-minute advice and vaccinations where needed.
A consultation fee will only be charged if no vaccination, tablets, or capsules are administered or supplied. This non-refundable fee covers the time, expertise, and risk assessment carried out by our nurse.
Exemptions: You will not be charged the consultation fee if our nurse determines that:
- There is a clinical risk to you receiving the vaccination, and we cannot proceed due to patient safety concerns.
- The vaccination or medication is unsuitable for you due to other medical conditions.
