Aeternum Aesthetics was founded in 2014 by Independent Nurse Prescriber, Stephanie Harding. Our Ashby de la Zouch based clinic offers a wide variety of quality treatments using the most effective and clinically proven protocols and devices available. We offer many treatments including cosmetic injectables, regenerative medicine, medical weight loss, skin health treatments, laser hair removal, body contouring treatments and various other health and wellbeing services.
Our clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission, and we are regularly audited to ensure that our medical practice is offering the highest standard in safety and patient care. We pride ourselves on being one of a small number of Medical Aesthetics Clinics locally that hold this status.

We work with industry leading products and devices and our Nurse Injectors have trained to an advanced level with the Allergan Medical Faculty. We are also proud to be recognised as an Obagi Ambassador Clinic stocking the full range in our clinic shop alongside many other premium medical brands such as AlumierMD and Heliocare.
Our Clinical Team have completed robust, industry leading training for every service that they offer. They are all DBS checked and accountable to their governing bodies.
Stephanie

Stephanie is the Clinical Lead and owner of Aeternum Aesthetics, and an Independent Nurse Prescriber with over 12 years of experience in Medical Aesthetics. She began her nursing career in the NHS, starting as a Staff Nurse in Adult Care before joining the Leicestershire District Nursing Team.
Her passion for Medical Aesthetics led her to transition from the NHS to Ramsay Healthcare, where she further developed her expertise as an Aesthetic Nurse. During this time, Stephanie grew her own business, which has since grown significantly over the past decade and continues to thrive.
An advanced trained injector, Stephanie has a specialist focus in Full Face Rejuvenation and Regenerative Medicine. She is also Aeternum Aesthetics’ Specialist Hormone Rebalancing Practitioner, supporting patients with Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy to improve overall wellbeing.
Stephanie is also a qualified Aesthetics Educator, trained to mentor, assess, and support the next generation of aesthetic practitioners, sharing her knowledge and expertise with confidence and care.
Stephanie’s dedication to excellence and her patient-focused approach have been central to the success and growth of Aeternum Aesthetics.
Julie
Clinic Manager
With a warm, reassuring presence and a passion for exceptional client care, Julie is the driving force behind the smooth, welcoming experience at Aeternum Aesthetics. As our Clinic Manager, she oversees daily operations with precision, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Bringing over 30 years of proven success in business growth, project management, customer service, and building strong client relationships, Julie provides essential support to Steph and the team. Her extensive experience in developing opportunities and managing projects enables her to play a key role in helping the clinic evolve and thrive.
Julie is dedicated to ensuring every client feels listened to, valued, and fully supported throughout their aesthetic journey. From coordinating appointments to maintaining the highest standards across the clinic, she blends organisation with genuine personal connection, making each visit seamless and enjoyable.

Kara
Registered Nurse, Independent Nurse Prescriber
Kara is an Independent Nurse Prescriber and Advanced Aesthetic Nurse with over seven years of experience in Medical Aesthetics.
Her career began in the NHS as a Mental Health Nurse. In 2018, Kara expanded her expertise into Medical Aesthetics, where she quickly discovered her passion for Cosmetic Injectables.
In 2022, Kara made the transition to full-time aesthetics, joining the team at Aeternum Aesthetics. Since then, she has dedicated her career exclusively to helping patients achieve safe, natural, and confidence-boosting results.
Kara is advanced trained in all Cosmetic Injectable treatments and has a particular interest in IV Vitamin Therapy, Dermal Filler Facial Rejuvenation, and regenerative treatments including HArmonyCA, Profhilo, and Profhilo Structura. She is also trained in Medical Weight Management, supporting patients on their journey to achieving and maintaining their weight loss goals.
Leisha
Registered Nurse, Independent Nurse Prescriber
Leisha is an experienced Aesthetics Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber with a specialist background in Dermatology. Her expertise as a Dermatology Specialist Nurse enables her to take a truly holistic approach to Medical Aesthetics, blending advanced anti-ageing treatments with evidence-based care for chronic skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and acne.
Since training in Medical Aesthetics in 2022, Leisha has developed a strong reputation for delivering natural, confidence-boosting results. She is advanced trained in wrinkle-relaxing injections, dermal fillers, and regenerative treatments, allowing her to address a wide range of skin concerns with precision and care.
Passionate about helping her patients feel their best, Leisha combines medical knowledge with a warm, patient-centred approach, ensuring every treatment plan is tailored to individual needs and long-term skin health.
Georgia
Registered Nurse
Georgia is a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse with an extensive background in both NHS acute care and medical aesthetics. With specialist clinical experience in acute surgical care, vascular surgery, and intensive care, she has practised in high-dependency and critical care environments where precision, safety and decisive clinical judgement are paramount.
Her work with complex surgical and critically unwell patients has given her a deep understanding of anatomy, circulation, tissue viability and complication management. This strong medical foundation informs every aesthetic treatment she delivers, ensuring a safety-first, evidence-based approach with expert risk assessment at every step.
Since training in Medical Aesthetics, Georgia has blended her clinical expertise with advanced aesthetic techniques to create beautifully natural, refined results. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, honest consultations and genuinely patient-centred care, she takes time to understand individual goals and tailor treatment plans with confidence and care.
Jemma
Aesthetic Practitioner
Jemma is an Advanced Trained Aesthetic Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry. She began her career in Beauty Therapy before joining Aeternum Aesthetics in 2021, where she advanced her expertise into Medical Aesthetics.
As a Skincare Expert, Jemma is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through both advanced treatments and tailored at-home regimes. She has a particular interest in IPL and fractional laser for facial rejuvenation, delivering safe and effective results that restore confidence.
In addition, Jemma is trained in all of Aeternum’s Body Contouring treatments, offering patients a wide range of options for face and body rejuvenation. Known for her friendly approach and depth of knowledge, she ensures every patient feels comfortable and supported throughout their treatment journey.
Sarah
Aesthetic Practitioner
Sarah joined Aeternum Aesthetics in 2024, bringing with her over 14 years of experience in beauty therapy. With a strong background in skin health, she is passionate about delivering advanced treatments and creating personalised skincare regimes to help patients achieve lasting results.
As a Laser Hair Removal Specialist, Sarah has extensive experience in both traditional and laser techniques, with a particular expertise in intimate hair removal. She is also trained in all of Aeternum’s Body Contouring treatments, offering patients a comprehensive approach to face and body rejuvenation.
Known for her friendly and professional manner, Sarah ensures every patient feels comfortable and cared for throughout their treatment journey.

Specialist Dietitian
Alice is a Specialist Dietitian registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, with over 10 years’ experience in weight management across NHS, private, and freelance practice. She studied Nutrition and Dietetics at King’s College London and has supported clients using diet and lifestyle strategies, medication, and surgical approaches.
Alice takes a lifelong approach to health, empowering patients with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to manage their wellbeing independently.
Alice plays a key role in supporting our medical weight loss patients, working alongside the programme to optimise diet and lifestyle and help patients achieve sustainable, long-term results.
Gemma
Clinic Coordinator
Gemma is our Clinic Coordinator and the person who keeps Aeternum Aesthetics running smoothly day to day. Since joining the team in 2022, she has become the first point of contact for patients, ensuring that every step of their journey with us is seamless and stress-free.
From arranging appointments and managing direct debit plans to organising gift vouchers, loyalty points, and everything in between, Gemma provides the behind-the-scenes support that allows the clinic to flow effortlessly.
Her friendly and approachable nature, combined with her exceptional organisational skills, makes her an invaluable part of the team and a familiar, welcoming face for all our patients.
