We are a CQC Regulated Medical Aesthetic Clinic located conveniently in the centre of Ashby de la Zouch.
Aeternum Aesthetics was founded in 2014 by Independent Nurse Prescriber, Stephanie Harding. Our Ashby de la Zouch based clinic offers a wide variety of quality treatments using the most effective and clinically proven protocols and devices available. We offer many treatments including cosmetic injectables, regenerative medicine, medical weight loss, skin health treatments, laser hair removal, body contouring treatments and various other health and wellbeing services.
Our clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission, and we are regularly audited to ensure that our medical practice is offering the highest standard in safety and patient care. We pride ourselves on being one of a small number of Medical Aesthetics Clinics locally that hold this status.

We work with industry leading products and devices and our Nurse Injectors have trained to an advanced level with the Allergan Medical Faculty. We are also proud to be recognised as an Obagi Ambassador Clinic stocking the full range in our clinic shop alongside many other premium medical brands such as AlumierMD and Heliocare.
Our Clinical Team have completed robust, industry leading training for every service that they offer. They are all DBS checked and accountable to their governing bodies.
Stephanie
Registered Nurse, Independent Nurse Prescriber, CQC Registered Manager
Stephanie is the Clinical Lead and owner of Aeternum Aesthetics. She is an Independent Nurse Prescriber with over 12 years of experience working within the field of Medical Aesthetics.
She began her nursing career within the NHS where she started as a Staff Nurse in Adult Care before joining the Leicestershire District Nursing Team. Her interest in Medical Aesthetics led to her leaving the NHS and joining Ramsay Healthcare to progress her career in Medical Aesthetics. Whilst working as an Aesthetic Nurse for Ramsay, Stephanie opened her own business and the rest is history! The business has grown significantly over the past 10 years and continues to do so.
Stephanie is an advanced trained injector and has a specialist interest in Full Face Rejuvenation and Regenerative Medicine. She is also our Specialist Hormone Rebalancing Practitioner supporting many of our patients with Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
Kara
Registered Nurse, Independent Nurse Prescriber
Kara is an Independent Nurse Prescriber and Advanced Trained Aesthetic Nurse with over 7 years’ experience in Medical Aesthetics.
She began her NHS career as a Mental Health Nurse progressing to Nurse Prescriber in the Community Drug and Alcohol team. In 2018, Kara trained in Medical Aesthetics and her love for Cosmetic Injectables developed from there!
In 2022, Kara left her NHS role to join the team at Aeternum Aesthetics and she has specialised in Medical Aesthetics full time since then.
Kara is advanced trained in all our Cosmetic Injectable treatments. She has a special interest in IV Vitamin Therapy, Dermal Filler Facial Rejuvenation and Injectable Regenerative treatments such as HArmnonyCA, Profhilo and Profhilo Structura. Kara is also trained in Medical Weight Management supporting many of our patients to achieve their weight loss goals.
Emma
Registered Nurse
Emma is an Advanced Trained Aesthetic Nurse with over 7 years’ experience in Medical Aesthetics.
Emma started her NHS career as a staff nurse in adult care and progressed to Matron within the Derby Hospitals Trust. In June 2024, Emma decided it was time to leave the NHS to focus her career full time within Medical Aesthetics and this led her to join the team at Aeternum Aesthetics.
Emma is trained in all our Cosmetic Injectable treatments. She has a special interest in Facial Rejuvenation with Dermal Fillers, Skin Boosters and Polynucleotides. She is also trained to deliver our Medical Weight Management Programme supporting many of our patients to achieve their weight loss goals.
Jemma
Aesthetic Practitioner
Jemma is an Advanced Trained Aesthetic Practitioner who started her career in Beauty Therapy over 15 years ago. She joined the team at Aeternum Aesthetics in 2021 and has advanced her beauty skills and experience into Medical Aesthetics. Jemma is a Skincare Expert who enjoys both performing skin treatments and recommending/devising skincare regimes. She has trained to an advanced level in ‘all things skin’ and is a skilled and experienced practitioner with a specialist interest in IPL and fractional laser for facial rejuvenation. Jemma is also trained in all our Body Contouring treatments.
Sarah
Aesthetic Practitioner
Sarah joined the team at Aeternum Aesthetics in 2024 and brought with her over 14 years of beauty therapy experience. Sarah is a Skincare Expert who enjoys both performing skin treatments and recommending/devising skincare regimes. She is also a Laser Hair Removal Specialist having many years of experience in intimate hair removal prior to training in Laser. Sarah is also trained in all our Body Contouring treatments.
Gemma
Clinic Coordinator
Gemma is our Clinic Coordinator, and she is the reason everything runs so smoothly!
