      • We obtain a comprehensive weight loss assessment initially to ensure that
        Mounjaro is the right option for you.
      • Our experienced Nurse Prescribers will discuss your weight loss goals and
        take baseline measurements including weight, height, BMI, waist
        circumference, blood sugar levels and blood pressure check prior to creating
        a personalised treatment plan.
      • Where necessary, blood tests can be performed prior to commencing
        treatment.
   2. Referral to other healthcare providers where needed:
      • We liaise with your GP to ensure that your NHS health records are kept up to
        date.
      • Where necessary, we can also refer you to our in-house dietitian service for
        additional help and support.
   3. Regular Reviews and Check-Ins:
      • We provide a once weekly coaching call with your designated Nurse
        Prescriber.
      • Optional ‘Weekly Walk-in Weight Check’. If you prefer to check your weight
        loss more regularly, we provide a walk in service on Wednesday evenings
        and Friday mornings where you can pop in and check your weight on our
        Medical Scales.
      • A once monthly in person review to see your designated Nurse Prescriber for
        your next month’s medication, a weight loss review and blood pressure
        check. This allows us to ensure your health and well-being throughout your
        weight loss journey.
